We mainly offer FedEx (International Priority), TNT (Express) and UPS (Saver) . We do have other courier services, but please contact us first before checking out. Thank you!

It depends on the chosen courier service. FedEx is usually faster than TNT. UPS network is very good in Asia. Please contact us to know the estimated transit time for your residence country.

If we have mistakenly missed to pack or given you a wrong item, we can provide a refund of the missing item or the difference to the actual cost of the wrongly shipped item. If the item is broken, then we will help you to file a complaint to the courier service, but rest assured, FedEx, TNT and UPS have good track records.

Unfortunately no. At the moment we do not provide DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) courier service. So if there is an import tax incurred, then you need to pay it by yourself.

Additional weight is used when you have requested us to include your personal items in your shipment. In this case you need to ship your personal items to our physical shop. Please clearly include your name as the receiver so that we can clearly identify your package and sort it accordingly. After receiving the package and confirming it with you, then we will measure and weigh the items and inform you about it. Then on the website you can add the corresponding additional weight to your cart.
